Q: Are these mixes 32 count phrased?
Ans: All workout mixes are edited to a 32 count format.
Each track starts on the first count

Q: Do you have the speed I'm looking for?
A: All our mixes come in several different speeds. i.e. 125, 128, 130, 135, 140, and 145 bpm are available flat speed versions.
128-135, 136-145, and 146-155 bpm are available progressive speed versions.

Q: Do you get that Mickey Mouse effect on the higher speed versions?
A: Only the tempo of the music changes. The sound is not affected when we speed up or slow down the mix.

Q: Can I listen before I buy?
Ans: There are audio samples of each song on the mix. Click on the title and a sample will play.

Q: What is your return policy?
Ans: If for some reason you are unsatisfied with a mix, you can return it for an exchange or a refund.

Q: Do you make custom mixes?
Ans: Yes. See http://djfafir.com/mixes.htm for more info.

Q: What's the protocol for a custom mix transaction?
Ans: 1. You send a list of the music you want on a mix.
In some cases you will have to send the music on a disk.
2. After the mix is ready, I send you a one track sample of your mix for proofing.
At this time , you will either approve the mix or detail any changes you want made.
3. After the mix is ready, you will be e-mailed a payment link.
When payment is made the mix will be completed at the speeds you want and shipped.

Q: How do I order from your site.

Scroll down till you find something you like and click on the rotating CD
to preview and select the best speed for your use.
Click on that speed to to place it in your shopping cart.
At that point you can either check out or continue shopping.
You will always be returned to the start page.

Q: Why don't I get the "New Releases" emails from your website?
Ans: Some ISPs block group emails for their subscribers.
Spam Cop blocks these emails as well unless asked not to do so.
If you do not get emails, that might be why.
